Plan International UK is looking for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to play a key role in supporting the design and overseeing the implementation of the sophisticated MEL systems and processes required to monitor and evaluate the performance, effectiveness, quality and sustainability of three or more of our strategically important development projects.
